In January 2023, we attended the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in Lake Nona, Florida — part of the exciting roster of exclusive experiences offered through HGV Ultimate Access*.

The tournament pairs LPGA players with celebrity golfers. It was above and beyond anything we ever could have imagined.

Along with the tournament, there were three evening concerts. There were several packages to choose from that included access to the tournament, concerts or a mix of both. Our package had passes to the pro-am tournament, the first round of golf and tickets to Maren Morris’ show.

As part of our package, Hilton Grand Vacations provided transportation, food and beverages at the tournament and the concert. We also had access to private pavilions at the 9th and 10th greens with covered seating, food and a bar to enjoy.

We walked the course and saw LPGA players and celebrities like Lee Brice, Marcus Allen and Charles Woodson.

Everyone was very gracious and friendly, especially for the pro-am tournament on Wednesday. We could ask for pictures and signatures or just say hi.

Larry the Cable Guy even came to sit with us while he waited for another group to finish and chatted with us.

On Thursday evening, we took a shuttle to the concert. The concert venue was open-air and featured amazing food options at different stations.

For drinks, there were bars and speakeasies throughout the venue. Instead of stadium seating, there were cozy sofas and fire pits.

Maren Morris sounded incredible. We decided to take it easy and relax by a fire pit. The large screens gave us an up-close feel from our comfortable seats.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions was definitely a top-notch event. We look forward to attending again January 15–21, 2024.
