Credentials

  • There will be three Event Desks for Members to pick up their credentials and Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions welcome gift, and get any questions answered.

    Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club:
    7600 Mystic Dunes Lane, Celebration, FL 34747

    The Event Desk will be located in the main registration lobby.

    This location is for Members staying at Tuscany, Las Palmeras, SeaWorld®, Parc Soleil, Grande Villas, Cypress Pointe, Grand Beach, Bryan’s Spanish Cove and Polynesian Isles.

    Cypress Pointe:

    The Event Desk will be located in the main registration lobby on the second floor.

    This location is for Members staying at Mystic Dunes, Parkway, Orbit One and Aqua Sol (formally Liki Tiki).

    The Fountains:
    12400 South International Drive, Orlando, FL 32821

    The Event Desk will be located in the Welcome Center.

    This location is for Members staying at The Fountains or Orlando’s Sunshine Resort.

  • Saturday, January 25–Saturday, February 1, 2025 | 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • A lanyard with a badge matching the day of golf you are attending.
  • A paper ticket or virtual ticket matching the day of the concert you are attending.

Evening Events

  • While there is no set dress code for evening events, we suggest smart casual attire including comfortable walking shoes. Please be sure to check the weather forecast as the concert venue is open air and viewing areas are on the grass. Layers are recommended.
  • All persons attending the events will be asked to submit to reasonable inspection (including metal detection) of their person and property before entering. There will be a bag check upon arrival, with only clear bags allowed in the event; we recommend not bringing a bag to ensure a speedy entry. Prohibited items noted on the list below will not be held or stored, and Guests holding them will not be allowed to enter.
  • All concerts are 21 and up.
  • The doors to the venue will open at 6:30 p.m. and the headlining concert is scheduled to start between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

General Golf Course

  • Appropriate casual golf attire with comfortable walking shoes. You may want to consider bringing a light jacket, hat/visor, sunscreen or sunglasses. Please be sure to check the weather forecast.
  • Spectators are permitted to have cameras without detachable lenses. Point-and-shoot digital cameras and mobile phone cameras are allowed. Media members must present corresponding credentials.
  • No bags larger than a small purse 6” x 6” including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags allowed. Clear bags larger than a backpack, opaque, plastic or vinyl bags will not be allowed. Acceptable bags will be available upon check-in.
  • Please see the prohibited items section of this page for a full list of prohibited items to be aware of.
  • All persons attending the events may be asked to submit to reasonable inspection (including metal detection) of their person and property before entering the events. Please note that you are not permitted to bring any sports memorabilia. Any items brought that are on the prohibited item list will not be held or stored and Guests will not be allowed to enter the venue.
  • Tee times will be announced closer to the tournament, about one week prior. The transportation schedule will remain the same regardless of the tee times. Historically, the tournament wraps up between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. each day (Thursday–Sunday). On the Pro-Am Tournament Day, you can expect a 5 p.m. end time.

Transportation

  • Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club:
    Bus will pull on the main road inside the resort outside of the Main Check-In Building/Sales Gallery Building (Mystic Dunes Lane).

    Cypress Pointe, a Hilton Vacation Club:
    Bus will pull on the road in between Cypress Pointe Resort and Grand Villas Resort (Vining’s Way Blvd).

    Parc Soleil, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club:
    Bus will pull in the porte-cochère in the front of the main check-in lobby.

    Tuscany Village, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club:
    Bus will pull in the front of the main check-in building.

    Las Palmeras, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club
    Bus will pull in the front of the resort in the valet section.

    SeaWorld® Orlando, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club:
    Bus will pull up outside of the resort at the bus stop. Please make sure the bus you are boarding is associated with HGV and not Lynx.

    The Fountains Resort:
    Bus will pull up to the Welcome Center.
  • Shuttles will be provided from the resorts to the golf course Wednesday–Sunday.
    Resorts included in transportation: Mystic Dunes Resort, Cypress Pointe Resort/Grand Villas Resort, Parc Soleil Resort, Tuscany Village Resort, SeaWorld® Resort, Las Palmeras Resort and The Fountains Resort.

    Shuttle Schedule:
    Departing FROM the resorts TO the Golf Course: 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
    Departing FROM the Golf Course TO the Resorts: 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and promptly after play concludes
  • We recommend that resort Guests take the provided shuttle. If you choose to drive, the complimentary parking is first-come, first-served. However, please note there is no parking directly at the golf course. Off-site parking is located at:
    Garage H: 6887 Marwick Lane, Orlando, FL 32824

    *Please note the garage is not operational on Wednesday for the Pro-Am, Guests will need to take the provided shuttles from the resorts.
  • For Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday concerts, all transportation will depart from participating resorts at 6:00 p.m.
    Return shuttles will begin upon conclusion of the main performance.
  • Mystic Dunes Resort, Cypress Pointe Resort/Grand Villas, Parc Soleil Resort, Tuscany Village Resort, SeaWorld® Resort, Las Palmeras Resort and The Fountains.
  • We recommend resort Guests take the provided shuttle for evening events. If you choose to drive, the complimentary parking is first-come, first-served at:

Prohibited Items

    • Opaque or vinyl bags of any size and clear bags larger than a backpack
    • Plastic, metal or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind except for medical or infant needs
    • Computers, laptops, radios or TVs
    • Fireworks or laser pointers
    • Low or oversize chairs, seat cushions or bicycles
    • Seat cushions in a carrying case and/or that have pockets or compartments
    • Pets, except for service animals
    • Knives, firearms or weapons of any nature
    • Video cameras (all weekend)
    • Cameras (during competition rounds)
    • Beverages or coolers (patrons may not bring beverages in or out)
    • Rosters, signs or banners
    • Sports memorabilia or collectibles, including baseballs, baseball bats, basketballs, footballs, hockey pucks, golf clubs or golf balls
    • Sports jerseys (exception: one jersey per spectator that must be worn)
